How to fade out music or audio in Premiere Pro?

Here is a quick and simple way to do it~

Go to :

1. Effects, 
2. Audio Transitions, 
3. Crossfade, 
4. Exponential Fade, 
5. Drag and drop to our audio. 
6. Edit by double clicking on it.
